I love riding on the DLR for the "roller coaster" type feel, but also because the DLR has the most amusingly named station on the whole Underground system: Mudchute. It provokes a giggle every time I encounter it!

I have to say I really enjoyed the podcast. I'm a rail buff and I was excited to hear that there is an interesting light rail line in London. I wish I had known about it when I was visiting there last year, I would have made it a point to ride it. It will have to be on my list of things to do for my next visit. The 2 gentlemen you interviewed sound like they love working for the rail line. (By the way, great interview!)

I loved hearing the full version of the Twelfth Night song, the "over the top" line was a fixture on your podcast for so long.
Also, The Black Lab song is awesome.

The part that impressed me about Buckingham Palace is that it feels like it's been the center of so much history. There aren't too many buildings in America that have that kind of aura.

Also, go have a pint at the Bag o Nails. It's the Queen's local....well probably not but since its the pub right behind the Palace....she could go there for a pint. The upstairs dining area has views over the rear wall of a part of the Palace grounds. Not very exciting but it's a little glimpse behind the Royal curtain.

Absolutely love all three songs on this weeks podcast. I usually like 1 or maybe 2 but all three are awesome. I've been trying to get a copy of Alive & Kicking by Sender but haven't been able to. It's not available for download on thier site or on itunes. Where did you get a copy?

Thanks for the kind words! I love my City so doing the podcast is more a labour of love than anything else - the hardest part is deciding which pieces of music to play. There' so much out there it makes it doubly hard to choose.

As for the Civil Liberties stuff you are so right. "nothing to hide, nothing to fear" is such a misleading come back. How much do YOU earn?!?!? :-)
